Your role
As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting our sushi. You ensure that every order is prepared with care, efficiency and a consistent focus on quality.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing and presenting a variety of sushi.
- Preparing and cutting fresh ingredients.
- Taking care of the mise en place.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, flavour and presentation.
- Ensuring consistent quality throughout service.
- Keeping your workspace clean and organised.
- Following all applicable hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Working closely with the kitchen team.
- Contributing ideas for new sushi creations and improvements.
What are we looking for?
- At least two years of experience as a Sushi Chef.
- A passion for sushi and a keen eye for detail.
- A clean, organised and hygienic approach to work.
- The ability to work independently.
- A reliable and responsible attitude.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure during busy services.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- A strong focus on presentation and quality.

- A 38-hour working week spread over 3.5 working days.
